    The installation was created specifically for the Schirn Rotunda, transforming the circular architecture of the building into an illusionary space. Two spatial situations alternate in a regular, pulse-like rhythm, reflecting the play between the viewers perception and their notion of reality.

    Presented in Montreal as a world premiere, the first retrospective of the French designer Thierry Mugler curated by Thierry-Maxime Loriot brings together more than 140 outfits, created between 1973 – 2001. Philipp Fürhofer designed the configuration of the »Couture Androids« gallery. Currently the exhibition is shown at Kunsthal Rotterdam and will travel to the Kunsthalle in Munich after.
